Career Management and Outplacement Services
 
Employers usually go to great lengths to avoid the need for redundancies, but sometimes they are necessary and employees are unlikely to thank you. They will, however, appreciate whatever support you can give them to help get their careers and livelihoods back on track.

The CIPD has published an IMPACT paper trying to calculate 'The cost to employers of redundancy'. They specifically include the morale and productivity impact on 'survivors' and the potential impact on their likelihood of leaving.
