It’s a dreadful admission to make but having nearly 40 years of experience in the recruitment market and having made, literally thousands of appointments, we still occasionally get it wrong – but only very occasionally. Our main role in recruitment is to assist Clients’ in the process – whether it be assessment centres or internet recruitment, we have done it all – and seen it all!
Joking apart, depth of experience in this activity is extremely important and we bring a lot of experience to the table. To show our confidence in our ability, Clients are not charged any fees until the date of commencement of appointment and if the candidate leaves within six months of commencement, we will refund the fee (see conditions).
We have never had to refund a fee.
This level of experience can be passed on to Clients to ensure that their recruitment assignments are a success.
Most of our business is concerned with senior recruitment and we have covered most senior roles in the private, public and not for profit sector across the whole of the UK.
